The Brief

Having just moved into the new build, the client needed some support on furnishing the light and bright living room. The only piece we needed to work with was the existing sofa, and the painting created by a family member. We used this painting as the colour inspiration for the room, building on the greens and warm orange tones. We added the stunning green rug, which was the big statement for the room, and broke up the white walls and light floors. Warmth was brought in through the armchairs, sideboard and soft furnishings. To filter the light through the sun-drenched room, we added in sheers that hang beautifully from the high ceilings. The artwork was sourced from an american artist which tied in with the black dining table, chairs, and console. Overall a great result and very happy client.
