The Brief

This beautiful north-facing townhouse in the middle of Parnell had not been updated since it was built in the early 2000s. The must-haves in the brief were to create a light and bright home, a more modern kitchen, wooden flooring throughout the home, a ‘wow’ factor powder room, and a welcoming entrance.
A refreshed ensuite bathroom was also on the cards after we found a leak in the demolition process. The remaining bathrooms received a small ‘facelift’, with new vanities and fittings. Hardwearing but luxurious carpet was installed in all the bedrooms, and a full paint job was implemented throughout the house. We also increased the privacy from the busy street, so the owners could feel more relaxed and comfortable without having to worry about strangers peering in. A beautiful result, and another happy client.
